Since 2007, professor at ISSBS focusing primarily on entrepreneurship, organisational learning, knowledge management and Human resources development. Has been involved in various courses, R&D projects, organization of international conferences, editorial boards, etc. He is editor of several international journals. Visiting professor at Kasetsart University, Bangkok, EMUNI University, etc.
